Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you visit our website, book a consultation, or receive a treatment at Link Cosmetic Clinic or Link Medspa. By using our service, you agree to them.
01 Using this website
This site is provided for information and to help you make an appointment. The descriptions of treatments are general — they are not personal medical advice and they are not an offer or contract to deliver any specific outcome. A qualified clinician will assess your individual case during a complimentary consultation before any treatment.
02 Booking & appointments
- All visits are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
- Appointments are confirmed in writing (text or email) once we have agreed a time with you.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
- Consultations are complimentary. They place you under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
03 Cancellations & reschedules
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. Repeated short-notice cancellations may require a deposit on future bookings.
04 Suitability for treatment
Cosmetic injectables and IV therapies are medical procedures. Not everyone is suitable for every treatment. Before recommending any procedure, our clinician will assess:
- Your medical history, current medications and allergies
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding and recent vaccinations
- Your anatomy, skin condition and aesthetic goals
- Any active infection or recent surgery in the treatment area
We reserve the right to decline a treatment if, in our clinical judgement, it is not in your interest. This is part of safe practice.
05 Pricing & quotes
Prices vary depending on the brand of product, the amount required, and the complexity of your individual treatment. For that reason we do not publish a fixed price list on this website. You will receive a clear, no-pressure quote during your free consultation, before anything is committed.
Payment is made at the clinic on the day of treatment, by EFTPOS, credit card, or bank transfer.
06 Risks, results & honesty
Every cosmetic procedure carries some risk — common ones include bruising, swelling, tenderness and short-lived asymmetry. Rare risks are explained to you as part of consent.
We do not promise specific outcomes. We promise to be honest about what is realistic, to use authentic product, and to provide an experienced practitioner. If a result is not what you expected, please come back and talk to us.
07 Photography
Standard clinical before-and-after photographs are part of your record and are kept confidential. We will only use a photo publicly (website, social, training) if you give us specific, separate, written consent after your treatment. You can decline, or withdraw consent later, and your treatment is not affected.
08 Aftercare
You will be given written and verbal aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. Please follow them — they protect your result and your safety. General guidance is also available at our aftercare page.
If you experience anything you are unsure about after a treatment, contact us before trying any home remedy.
09 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim arising from a treatment or the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment in question. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994, or the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.
11 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the "Last updated" date above.
